Every year in autumn the "Harvest Festival" of the Südtiroler Gasthaus group is celebrated.
During the "Harvest Festival",
reflection and thanksgiving for the harvest,
which was supposed to bring you through the winter in the past,
are still in the foreground today.
We serve dishes made from freshly harvested vegetables and various types of grain,
as well as South Tyrolean farmhouse bacon.
• Pumpkin buckweat gnocchi, bacon, herb ricotta
• Ragout of lamb, vegetabels, polenta
• Rye dumplings, goat cheese from Lagundo, beetroot
