  • Your reservation is valid after you receive a written confirmation via letter, fax or email from us and we've received payment of your required deposit.
  • We are sorry, but we are unable to confirm requests for a specific room in particular in advance of your stay
  •  On the day of your arrival, your room(s) will be ready for check-in beginning at 2 pm. If you should arrive prior to 2 pm, we welcome you to enjoy our terrace or a seat in our hotel's dining room until your room is ready. On the day of your departure, we kindly ask that you vacate your room(s) by 10:30 am.
  • Dogs are welcome upon request. The cost for a pet's stay is 7,00 Euro per day, excluding food. Please be responsible for bringing the appropriate bed/blanket for your pet. Please note that pets are not allowed in our dining areas.
  • Cancellations are accepted until 1 month prior to your arrival date. If you anticipate a change in your arrival, please contact us as early as possible. In cases of missed or delayed arrivals, please be advised that you will be responsible for the transfer fees in accordance with the Italian civil code and code of Italian hotels.
